Good to know
All questionsCan I really order just one racket?
Yes. Every racket is made to order, so one is fine. A second racket with the same design costs less because the print setup is shared.
How long does it take?
About 1–3 weeks from your approval of the proof, including production, shipping and delivery.
Will it look like the 3D preview?
Very close. Before production we e-mail you a proof to approve. Screens show colours slightly differently from print, and hand-made rackets vary by a few grams.
Can I use my club or company logo?
Yes, upload it in the designer as PNG, SVG or JPG. You need the right to use the logo.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe, in the currency shown on the site. The payment is secure; we never see your card details.
Can I return my racket?
Every racket is made to your design and specification, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Every racket has the 2-year legal guarantee for defects.
